Greasy Clean is a non-flammable, water-based degreaser that quickly removes dirt, oil, grease, and carbon. Greasy Clean acts as a surface preparation aid for PRO Tek Concrete and other coatings.
This multi-surface degreaser can be used on concrete, wood, porcelain, tile, terrazzo, and natural stone. Greasy Clean removes greases and oils, as well as tough waxes, dyes, and gum. This time-tested, proprietary, zero-phosphate formulation reduces labor costs by quickly removing stains and increasing productivity. Greasy Clean RTU (Ready To Use) can be diluted as much as 15 parts water to 1 part Greasy Clean to be used as a daily cleaner.

Greasy Clean is designed to remove dirt, grease, oil, mold, and mildew. It is not intended to remove mineral type deposits such as efflorescence or rust. Consult your EverTek representative for the appropriate cleaner in these situations. In case of spill, follow local codes for disposal in the associated jurisdiction. Refer to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for safety precautions.

Application Instructions:
1. Remove any surface build up by scraping, brushing, or sweeping.
2. Pre-wet surface before applying Greasy Clean.
3. Apply using low pressure sprayer or brush. On heavy stains, brush in a circular motion with a medium bristle brush, and spot treat with less diluted product.
4. Allow cleaner to penetrate 5-10 minutes. Apply more cleaner if surface dries.
5. Rinse thoroughly or use a 3,500-psi pressure washer to remove cleaner.
6. Flush surface until cleaner no longer foams. Repeat process if stain remains.

Estimated coverage rates: 200 sq. ft. per diluted gallon; surface porosity will increase or decrease average coverage rates.
Mixing ratio:
– Daily cleaning (light oils & dirt): 8 ounces per gallon of clean water
– Medium oils, grease & dirt: 8-12 ounces per gallon of clean water
– Heavy oils, grease, dirt & carbon: 12-20 ounces per gallon of clean water
– Spot cleaning aged grease deposits: 128 ounces Greasy Clean to 128 ounces water
Shelf life: Two (2) years from date of manufacture on unopened containers. Protect from freezing and excessive heat.
